This guide explains how to use WooCommerce's built-in analytics and sales reports to understand how your store is performing — no paid tools required. It assumes you're using a recent version of WooCommerce.

## Open the Analytics Dashboard

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to **WooCommerce → Analytics**.
2. This opens your main analytics dashboard with key metrics shown right away:
   - **Total sales**
   - **Net sales**
   - **Orders**
   - **Average order value**

## Analyze Specific Time Periods

- Use the **date picker** in the top right corner to analyze specific periods, such as this month versus last month.

## View the Revenue Report

- Click on **Revenue** to see a detailed graph of your sales over time.
- You can break it down by **day**, **week**, or **month**.

## Product-Level Insights

- Go to the **Products** report.
- It shows your **top-selling** and **worst-selling** items, so you know what to promote or discontinue.

## Customer Insights

- Check the **Customers** report to see whether you're gaining new customers or relying on repeat purchases.

## Performance Snapshot

- The **Overview** report gives you performance compared to the previous period.

All of this data helps you make informed decisions about marketing, inventory, and sales strategies.
