## Log In and Open the Orders Screen

1. Open a browser and navigate to **WordPress.com**.
2. Log in with your credentials to access your WordPress dashboard, where all your site management tools live, including WooCommerce settings and order history.
3. In the left navigation menu, click **WooCommerce**. An expanded menu appears with choices related to your store's operations.
4. Click **Orders**. This section contains all purchase records and transaction details for your store.

## Locate the Order

1. The **Orders** page shows a list of all orders processed under your account, from pending orders to completed transactions.
2. Scroll through the list and click on the specific completed order you wish to refund. This opens the detailed order overview page with all the transaction information.

## Process the Refund

1. On the order overview page, scroll down to the **Items** section, which shows the items purchased, their quantities, and the prices paid.
