Sales funnels allow you to visually track your deals as they move through various stages from new lead to close. And this marketing funnel has six stages by default. To customize this sales funnel, click on “ sales funnels” at the top, then click on the three-dot menu next to your sales funnel to edit. From here you can rename the sales funnel. You can rename stages. You can add a new stage by clicking the Add Stage button, or delete any unnecessary ones. You can also choose how your stage is displayed. I like this mode and then you can adjust the colors of the stages individually. If the default sales funnel doesn't suit you or you want to add another one , simply click Create Sales Funnel and set up a brand new one. To add an opportunity, return to the Opportunities tab and click Add Opportunity. Here, select your primary contact and enter a name for the opportunity. Select a sales funnel stage. Add an opportunity value. Update any other fields you need, then click Create . Back in your sales funnel, you'll see your lead in the "New Lead" column. You can interact with your potential deal by dragging it as your deals progress. And if you click and hold on a card and drag, you can classify the opportunity as one, declined, or lost at the bottom. By default, only your open opportunities are displayed. So, to view your single and lost trades, click advanced filters and then click the edit button under the status to see what is displayed. You have the option to import many opportunities at once, just like we did with contacts. And as your deals progress through the sales funnel, don’t forget to check your main dashboard, as it will become more useful as you add more lead data.
