Prime Cove is the largest housing development in the history of the Turks and Caicos Islands, approved by the TCI Cabinet, and a partnership between developer Doug Parnell, Waterloo Investment Holdings, and British Caribbean Bank. A project of this scale deserves a brand and digital presence that matches it from day one.

01 Objective

What we're building toward

Prime Cove needs a brand and digital presence that reflects the scale and seriousness of the project: a strong visual identity, a professional website, and materials that build trust with future homeowners, before a single unit is sold.

We've organized this proposal in two priorities. First, the non-negotiable foundation: brand, brochure, and website. These three things are the base everything else builds on, and Prime Cove should have them regardless of who builds them. Second, the ongoing marketing and sales engine that keeps leads coming in once that foundation is live.

02 Item(s)
Start Here The non-negotiable foundation

Brand & Digital Foundation

Logo & Full Brand Manual
An elevated version of the Prime Cove logo, with a complete brand system behind it.
  • Refined logo, with color and black-and-white versions
  • Usage guidelines, fonts, and brand manual
  • Letterhead and folder design
  • Print-ready material templates
Company Brochure(s)
A brochure designed to clearly explain what Prime Cove offers, ready to hand out or send to prospective buyers.
Full Professional Website
A complete website built to sell the project, not just describe it.
  • Full SEO setup, so the site is found by people searching for housing in Providenciales
  • A section built to add future projects as the development grows
Phase 1 Total $2,580
Then The sales and marketing engine

Ongoing Marketing & Presence

Once the foundation is live, a healthy online presence needs active social media and consistent marketing behind it. These two pieces come next, and can start as soon as the brand is approved.

Social Media Population Package
$680
One-time setup to launch Prime Cove's social presence with substance, not empty profiles.
  • Opens any needed social media accounts not already active
  • Profile photo, cover image, and project or team photos added
  • Around 30 posts published, so the profiles feel active from launch
Marketing & Technology Retainer
$1,500 / month

One team covering all marketing and technology tasks, so Prime Cove doesn't need to piece together multiple vendors.

  • Ongoing social media management
  • Email reminders with project progress updates
  • Email marketing to prospective buyers
  • Chatbot(s) for lead qualification
  • Meta and Google Ads campaigns, run and managed by us (ad spend not included)
  • Content created for advertising
  • Flyer, brochure, and billboard design, unlimited upon request
  • CRM training for your team

Design requests beyond the items above are unlimited upon request, though time spent there is deducted from the team's other monthly activities to stay within scope.
