What we're building toward

Rotoplastics has built a strong reputation across the Southern and Eastern Caribbean since 1976, with local operations in Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, and Saint Lucia. Puerto Rico is the next market, and right now there's no dedicated presence there: no local website, no active social media built around this specific market.

This proposal focuses on exactly what you asked for: a consistent, professional social media presence for Rotoplastics Puerto Rico, with the option to expand into broader marketing operations once that foundation is working.

Two plans to choose from

Both plans are monthly. The Marketing Operations Pack includes everything in the Social Media plan, plus a wider set of channels and a fuller reporting dashboard.

Plan 1

Social Media

$1,300 – $1,800 / month

• Content creation and scheduling for your key social platforms
• Monthly performance dashboard: posts, followers, likes, impressions, and comments, broken down by platform
• Consistent publishing so Rotoplastics Puerto Rico has an active, professional presence from day one
• A steady monthly range of social pieces (posts, carousels, stories), sized to your content plan

This plan is not video-oriented. The price depends on how content gets sourced: closer to $1,300 if you send us the material to work with, closer to $1,800 if you'd like us to arrange occasional on-site photo/video sessions.

Plan 2

Marketing Operations Pack

$2,300 – $2,800 / month

• Everything included in the Social Media plan
• Broader marketing tracking: blog posts, email sends, form submissions, and Google performance, alongside social
• Cross-channel reporting dashboard, so you can see marketing performance and lead activity in one place
• Full access to the Coordenadas App, that includes a CRM, email marketing, chatbot, automations/workflows, sales pipelines, and reports. We train your team to use the proper tools.
• Marketing automations and chatbot(s) for lead qualification
• Email marketing campaigns to your contact list

More edits per month are included here, plus simple motion graphics when footage is provided. The price depends on content sourcing, and can include us managing an on-site content creator if your team needs one.

Summary

Both plans are billed monthly. The exact number within each range depends on how content gets sourced, and we'll confirm it together once that's defined. You can start with the Social Media plan and move to the Marketing Operations Pack whenever it makes sense.

How long it takes

Onboarding: 1 to 2 weeks to set up accounts, gather brand assets, and build the first content calendar.

First posts live: within the first onboarding cycle, so Rotoplastics Puerto Rico's channels are active quickly.

Reporting: your dashboard updates monthly, so you always have a current view of performance.
